You may be having problems with your startup disk.
In the BIOS, I see you have an option to boot from USB.
You can try booting from a Linux USB drive.
You can find a tutorial on Google.
You can download the operating system and drivers from the Chuwi website, in the “Support” and “Downloads” sections.

Not necessarily. During a Windows update, the boot partition was corrupted. If possible, boot Windows from a USB disk and follows the installation until there’s a choice to repair the existing Windows system. That should automatically fix the boot process, so a UEFI shell is not presented on boot.
