You can watch a tutorial and download Windows from the Microsoft website.
I did a Windows upgrade. After that my network card just disappeared. So I’ve tried to downgrade. And now my screen is black when i boot. So I want to restore the computer.
You can search for a tutorial to start in: Safe Mode
