MiniBook x N5100 Does not Boot

Serial number: ZMinBXHY3H220500564

I received the minibook as a gift three years ago.
The minibook was fully installed. I don’t have any documentation that would show the Windows registration number. However, since Windows was already installed on the system, I’m hoping you can tell me the number.
I need to create a USB boot drive, and I need the software and registration numbers for that.

but apparently this “MiniBook X” isn’t supported there. Entering the serial number doesn’t do anything. The system doesn’t even tell me that it doesn’t have any data for it.
But if Chuwi no longer supports its own MiniBook, where can I get the OS and device drivers? Does anyone have any ideas?
