Chuwi supplied USB-C charger will fry other devices

I read the warnings and knew about the supplied 12V charger. I decided no problem, I would certainly not plug the black USB-C 12V wire into any of my other devices, which all have white USB-C chargers. Well, late one night, I noticed that my Pixel 9a phone’s battery was low, so I plugged it in quickly on the way to bed. The next morning I noticed that I had plugged it into the CHUWI 12V charger. Egads I was horrified! But luckily my Pixel 9a was recharged and alive - it had survived. I’ll still be careful, and try to not repeat that experience, but I’m less certain that it will “fry [all] other devices”. (Yeah, I added [all] .. I had inferred it when I read the original post.)
And I also wish CHUWI would supply a compliant charger. Please!

It will not fry “ALL” other devices, it certainly works with the MiniBook-X, but the advise is that, as it is not PD compliant, it is best to not even try it on any other device as the penalty for it not working is typically to smoke that device.

I was under the impression that Chuwi would begin supplying PD compliant chargers. Is this still not the case? If not, is there some kind of warning to use it only with their laptop?

I ordered and received a Minibook X recently, and yes, it comes with a warning label attached to the cord of the supplied Chuwi 12v non-PD charger.

Given that the Minibook X has been charging fine using a variety of different PD-compliant chargers (when both on and off), and exercising an abundance of caution, I am simply chucking the non-PD charger away.
