I have a Chuwi Tablet HiPad X Pro, after restart it does not connect to the WIFI network, it cannot be turned on. In the upper left corner is the lock icon. I’ve tried different options like By-pass and others, it still won’t connect to the network - it won’t start. Does anyone have experience on how to restart a tablet?
Is this turning it off and on, or what procedure is it ?

You say it won’t turn on, but how does the lock icon appear if it won’t turn on ?
What happens when you tap that icon ?
After rebooting, it does not turn on or connect to wifi, it just twists and does not connect. When the lock icon is tapped, nothing happens.
