I have a Chuwi Hipad Air Android tablet that has always worked without problems. Since yesterday, when I turn it on, the Chuwi logo appears but doesn’t go beyond that. After a few seconds, it disappears. I have tried various combinations of the volume keys and the power button.
What else can I do? How can I reinstall the firmware to see if it fixes the issue? Thank you very much for your help.
To complement, I do not have the possibility to see the SN of the device as it does not appear anywhere. The only thing I can see is this: TYPE: CWI533. Thank you!
You must use the power and volume buttons at the same time, holding down the volume button to bring up the recovery menu.
If this menu appears in Chinese, please write it here and we will provide instructions.
Thanks for your reply.
I’ve tried with all combinations without lucky. I’ve tried with power button, vol +, vol -, all together…
Is there any other solution? Thanks a lot @manonegra222
You need to access this menu to recover or reinstall the operating system. I don’t currently know how to access it without the key combination.
