Tablet CHUWI HiPad XPro does not open WiFi

My tablet is S/N ZHIpXpEY00221200452 . I put it on Factory service mode, but it still not open WiFi . It see WiFi networks but can not connect to them. May be need it to be reboot. I need properly software and instructions.

While at the desktop, try pressing the power button for 16 seconds to try to restart the Wifi and Google services. If after that, it stays the same, I would try to set up a connection on the tablet with fixed IP to see if it is able to connect to the router

I tried to connect to Network by WiFi, after did that you explain. The result is the same.
