It has stopped charging; it seems that the charging module on the motherboard has burned out. Upon inspection, it was found that the marking on the capacitor was scratched off, erased, and is no longer visible. Does anyone know what model of component is needed so that it can charge again?
I contacted the manufacturer about this. Their official response was that they don’t keep archived details about past products—only current models. As if anyone could believe that
