Corebook X battery safety issue

Hi,

the battery of my corebook is is puffing up and almost ready to explode.
It has deformed the laptop chassis, crashed the touchpad.

i’m really upset as i got no support from Chuwi. The laptop was used for few hours always with original charger connected.

Can i repair the chassis and change the battery? what’s the OEM replacement?

Fire hazard. Dispose of the battery as soon as possible. Don’t wait for repair tips.
