Here is what I know so far. When I enable USB-C support in BIOS settings, the keyboard stops working properly… It only registers a keystroke every 5 seconds. The laptop feels sluggish overall and furthermore I am not able to restart or shutdown… the screen goes black, and I have to hold the power key down in order to force a shutdown. The device manager screen is updating frequently. Has anyone had the same problem? Are there any solutions?
I’ve tried every update I could find (using Driver Booster) but still no luck.
