Has anyone managed to get this laptop working with USB-C chargers or for HDMI output? I’ve tinkered with the BIOS options and tried various (high wattage, PD compatible) USB-C chargers and USB-C hubs with HDMI ports but none work. Seems pointless to have a USB-C port that doesn’t work with a USB-C hub, other than for external mice and keyboards.
I received the below from Chuwi confirming the port doesn’t support charging or HDMI / video output 
Odd thing to do these days, charging only via they’re own charger
“It is not a full-featured Type-C interface, so it cannot be converted to HDMI and does not support charging. It only supports data transmission.”
We are sorry. Normally on our descriptions it should specify if its full function or just data. If its not written we suggest to write to support before buying.
