Hi!
I bought a Corebook X pro and apparently a can’t use neihter the only usb or the usb type-c ports to connect storage devices. It’s strange, because I actually can use the usb webcam and the printer, wich doesn’t use usb 3.0 (i mean, the blue one).
Apparently the problem is that my device doesn’t have the driver for the usb or the type-c ports.
Does anyone know how to fix this problem? I have important files in my external hard drive and I can’t use it!
