Hi All,

I am about to purchase CoreBook X 2023 I3-1215U, and I wonder if it is possible to upgrade the memory to 16GB (the i5 model has 16GB).

Thanks for your reply. I believe that the 2023 model uses DDR5 and the previous model (the one with Core i3 -10110U) uses DDR4.
My question is if there is an empty slot to add 8 GB module.
I do not have it yet. The hiss may come from the internal fan. As far as I know, some users have reported that the fan is too loud even in light works, and that after upgrading to Windows 11 the problem disappeared for some users, but not for others.

Mine only have one slot, soo i am using only 16gb single channel after upgrade, before it was 8gb.

Thanks a lot. Good to hear that, it would have been better to have two slots (for dual channel), but one is ok.
