CoreBook X - Dual Boot - Battery Indicator

Hi All, Have a CoreBook X dual boot Windows and Ubuntu.
Ubuntu latest version or Elementary Os latest version - does not have overall battery information or indicator icons, so we don’t know how much battery left before the laptop dies … :frowning:

Likely BIOS related (?)

Can confirm it is a problem with Chuwi in particular. Their ACPI interface does not behave normally.
I made an entry for this on the Arch forum (here)

There is BIOS update that solves battery issue. I saw yt who simoly has newest verion 2.20.1275 when im stuck with 2.20.1271…

as i said previouslly, each corebook comes with a different Bios, depending on the chipset model, we have several and its probably that the person who solved it does not have your same chipset which is 8925U. We normally dont update Bios, de updates comes from different serial newer numbers.
