Avast was working for all drivers except I2S sound driver
I have a CoreBook XPro laptop and I’m experiencing no sound at all on Windows.
In Device Manager, the audio section only shows:
Intel® Smart Sound Technology (Intel® SST)
Intel® Display Audio
However, there is also an unknown device under “Other devices”:
Device name: Multimedia Audio Controller
Hardware ID: PCI\VEN_8086&DEV_9DC8&SUBSYS_02062782
This corresponds to the Intel Smart Sound Technology Audio Controller, but it seems that the Realtek Audio driver (codec) required for the SST controller is missing.
As a result, I have no playback devices available and no sound output.
I’ve tried reinstalling Intel SST and updating Windows, but the problem persists.
Could you please provide the correct Audio Driver package (Intel SST + Realtek) for the CoreBook XPro model?
Ideally, a ZIP or EXE installer that includes both the controller and codec drivers.
