Corebook XPro i5 audio drivers

Hi, I have an XPro, Serial: CoBXProO512G21052427.

I’m just wondering if anyone has the audio drivers. The SSD failed so I had to downgrade to Windows 10. I tried everything that I could find off of the internet but nothing has worked for me. All I could do is connect a BT speaker. The Intel SST audio driver from SDI does not work. Nothing from Avast updater. I’m close to crying :frowning:

Can you tell me which i5 processor your Corebook X has?

Have you tried Chuwi support center (OS And Driver Support)?

I have tried the serial you posted, but it is not there, but I would tell you to check it again. Like it says in the web:

“Tip: Please pay attention to the following easily confused characters when entering your serial number: Capital “I” (eye) ↔ lowercase “l” (L) ↔ capital “L” (L)
Number “0” (zero) ↔ letter “O” (oh)
Number “2” (two) ↔ letter “Z” (zee)
Double-check the serial number on your device label to avoid input errors.“

Or maybe the driver in this thread can help if the model is the same?:

Thank you. It is the i5-8259U. :folded_hands:

Thank you. I did try to see if I can download drivers from the Chuwi Support Center, however, I am always getting an error that literally says:

”Database Working Un-normal now, Please contact local retails and distributor for Service”

I can’t find any working audio driver from the internet so this is really my last resort.

You can also install the Snappy Drivers Download app.
