Crash with Windows 11

Dear Chuwi Supporter:
After my Rzbox 7 5800H is upgraded to windows 11, the system often crashes. I have tried to update windows many times but it still doesn’t solve the problem.
How can I restore my Rzbox 7 5800H to the original windows10?
