@DiegoNicolas Please give me your serial number, you gave me everything except that i will send you the original files and see if that solves it.
Hi!

Thanks
Any BIOS Update for my ZRZBOXIY1H211101241 ??
***My running version is: AC01_V00.01_T0025C
May we have the flashing process, or any link to a tutorial?
Thanks
@mikelhtc we dont usually update the BIOS unless there is a real flag on it. I checked and yours only have the original files. The same you have.
Hi ChueiSpainSupport!!
I would like to note that my RZBOX was showing blue screens until I did a downgrade from RAM 32GB to 16GB. Nowadays everything is OK, but I thougth I will run my Chuwi with 32GB again with a BIOS update.
Thank you for your quick response.
i will ask if its because it does not support 32Gb
Although it recognized the memory modules, (2x16GB) every day got blue screens and Windows crashes. I also had problems running video; the screen flickered and the system crashed. Many times I ended up restoring from a backup.
Does it support 24 Gb (RZBOX Ryzen 7 5800)?
One of the two memory modules (Netac 8Gb DDR4 3200) of my new RZBOX was defective from the factory and constantly gave BSODs in Windows.
If I replace a non-working 8GB module with a new 16GB DDR4 3200, will I get 24GB of total stable RAM?

@mikelhtc tech told me, that what you experienced it should be a compatibility issue. It should work for 32GB as it support it
@Dimofey Tech told me it should be ok if you do that,
I didn’t make a mixture of different modules. I bought two identical ones from Transcend (KVR32S22S8/8). But they didn’t work in RZBOX.
Don’t buy modules KVR32S22S8/8.
Then I bought memory modules from Lexar LD4AS008G-B3200GSST and they work great in our mini PC.
Take the modules LD4AS008G-B3200GSST, they are tested.
These Lexar modules are slightly faster than the native Netac modules. And two modules in dual-channel mode generally fly at speeds of 47300/45200 (read/write)
thanks for the information probably other users will appreciate
Do we have an actual resolution for adding an additional HDD to the rzbox? I tried and it recognised it intermittently. So i removed it and added it as an external in a caddy, and i find myself having to reconnect it almost every time i boot it up.
