Folder (exe) & Doc. Office Corrupt and unRead

Hallo Chuwi Teams,

Thank you my laptop already OK but why for Folder exe and Office Document corrupt and unread but for other laptop OK, my data copy to microsd, flash disk and external hard disk after connect to Chuwi laptop problem, security already off.

Please your advice.
