Herobook Pro stoped working in 1 month, chuwi doesnt respond

I bought a chuwi herobook pro and 1 month and two days later, it stoped working, amazon says no waranty, chuwi service mail doesn´t respond anything, anybody knows what to do? In advance thanks for any support
