HEROBOOK ne démarre plus

Bonsoir, mon laptop herobook a fonctionné deux jours a merveille ,mais le matin j’ai allumé,seulement la petite lampe s’allume mais tout est noir .
Si quelqu’un peut m’aider merci.

Hello, I sent an email to aftersale@chuwi.com.
they gave me two choices, send to the dealer or send us computer information and photos, also a video showing the failure.
I sent everything after 10 days I sent it a second time.
now there is 1 month on the last shipment but still nothing.
The problem is that I encourage other people to buy chewi.
