Hello! I have recently bought a Chuwi Freebook 2023 with i3-1215U processor, and Chuwi HiPen H7 with it. The pen started working with the laptop straight away, but I have a problem when drawing diagonal lines: the jitter is far over the acceptable limits. Below is a screenshot of how meant-to-be straight lines look when using the HiPen:
What can I do to fix this?

Hello, in this case is better to contact the Aliexpress shop in which you bought it , I am sure my colleagues will help you fast. In case there is a factory defect and it should be replaced. As each platform have their opwn customer service, and solve things in their own way. So that is why customers need to contact first where they bought it.
