Gemibook PRO - touchpad is dead after windows update

Hello my touchpad in Gemibook Pro not working after windows 10 udpate.

There is no touchpad option in settings menu.

I have the same problem.Someone knows what is the update to uninstall?

Same problem here. Resetting it to the old software does work. But it seems like the drivers disappear with the update?

I just install another update in Windows update and now it works but… I do meny things to fix it so I don’t know is it works for You guys. Tip: reset Windows after changes.

What is the update you have installed?
In the meantime I have written to Chuwi support.

I tried to uninstall and reinstall human interface device from device manager. After that touchpad is reborn. Hope to be helpfull.
