I received my Gemibook laptop, but the touchpad on the device won’t work. External mouse does work fortunately, but I want my laptop to work without me bringing mouse everywhere. I updated all drivers and installed all Windows update. However touchpad device is not working and there is no mouse on screen. I checked the device manager in Windows settings, and it does not show a category for mouse devices, so looks like a hardware failure. Any tips?
did you already press Fn + Esc button to enable touchpad?
