I have two broken keyboards on my laptops. I paid for them and they kindly sent them to me. They got lost at the Russian Post. They offered to pay for the keyboards again and send them again via СDEK. I agreed to pay for everything again with delivery via СDEK. But the support stopped responding to me completely. As a result, I have two broken laptops and complete silence in response to my letters.
Please help me finally buy two keyboards with a trackpad for my Minibook X. I’m writing this not because I enjoy it, but because I need a small laptop for work, and both of my keyboards are broken. Why are there no responses from CHUWI?

The Chuwi website tells you that service can take 2 months or more. Currently I am waiting almost 3 months for repairing my laptop, problems with the keyboard. The laptop was only 7 months old when the keyboard failed. I was thinking about 6 more laptops but after this sevice?
