Herobook Pro Factory Reset

I bought a Herobook Pro which I wish to return.

However, I’m struggling to find a way of factory resetting it. I have tried the normal way through windows but I get the error ‘Couldnt find the windows recovery environment’.

I have also tried creating a recovery drive, it didn’t let me do that either.

Has anyone managed to do this?

Probably the Windows Recovery Environment is not active, try this on cmd
reagentc /enable
After this search in windows “Create a recovery drive” and plug in an USB device, follow the istruction and try again to reset PC
