I try to reset my herobook pro and i get the message: recovery environment not found. So i tried to enter in cmd:reagentc /enable. I get the message: REAGENTC.EXE: The Windows RE image was not found. Can someone help me? I have another problem with my laptop, my touchpad doesn’t work, i looked in the settings but the settings for touchpad was not there. Another problem with my laptop is, that when I increase the brightness it gets darker. Is there someone to help me?
They are very strange behaviors that make me think that you may have a virus or boot that causes these failures.

Did you ran a Windows Defender Antivirus Scan?
Reset your System v. BIOS first before resetting Windows.
