Hi! I’m having some trouble since the 1st installation: windows can not complete the installation. How can I do now?

[Solved] Brand new HeroBook doesn't start

I just received my brand new HeroBook but while going through the setup steps, I was asked to set up a PIN code, I said yes and then the screen went to “wait a moment please” and I kept waiting for hours!! What can I do to over come this step so I can finish the setup of my pc? Thanks.

Hi there,
I had resolved the issue by doing the installation without connection to the internet, because the pc tries to connect to MS server and make sure that we have the latest version of Windows. Therefore, just do the setup without connection and once you are installed then you connect to your wifi and all will be good.
