Did you flash it with the 1810 BIOS file?
I flashed the 1903 bios. I saw this post as the 1903 can be applied for 1810.
After I flashed and verify. I disconnect the SOI clip and reconnect the battery. Still no sign of life.
Then, I charge the tablet and the voltage and ampere appeared like in the video. In the video, there is
a noise sound where I put the microphone. Need to put on headphone/earphone to hear properly.
Your only option may be to flash the 1810 bios. I think some components have changed on the motherboard across the serial numbers 1810, 1903, 1906 …
I will wait for @Biosham to provide the bios 1810 if available.
I have a dump file from 1810. It was tested on 1810 and 1906, both tablets work after flashing but both now have a dualboot menu.

Also i found some voltage settings in bios, so corrupted bios theoretically may damage the power controller.
I already try the dump bios, still no sign of life. I pry the heatsink and check each of the pin that you check. There are some of it not similar.
When power off,
When power on,
all pin fluctuate from 3.8v to 5v.
I think the power controller is the problem here. I don’t have hot air gun or experience with it. I asked the seller of this tablet in KL, Malaysia. It is around RM430(100.83US$) for repair and for the new motherboard around RM590(138.35US$). It is too expensive for university student like me.
Have you solve the issue?
No, need a new motherboard.
How much you paid for it?
Today, I decided to give it one last shot before tossing my Hi10 Air in the bin. This time, I unsoldered the BIOS IC from the board and mounted it directly on the CH341A programmer. Erased and flashed it with the 1908 BIOS .bin file from your link and soldered it back on the motherboard. Guess what, it worked!

While charging the tablet last night, I noticed that the red LED was flickering fast, not the usual slow pulsing. There was also a strong burnt plastic smell emanating from the tablet. Battery level was around 15%. When I disconnected the USB C charger, there was a “tick tick” type sound and the tablet didn’t turn on again (both with, and without charger)
Today morning, while I was opening the back cover to check whether any IC/component had blown, the tablet came on with a low battery level. Since there was no burning smell, I left it on for a few minutes until the battery level got really low. I connected the charger again, and it started charging the tablet with the usual pulsing red LED. When charged to 25%, I shut down the tablet and allowed it to charge to full capacity, with no noticeable symptoms.
So, what was the burnt smell I encountered yesterday, and why was the tablet not powering on?
Perhaps a software error, the BIOS contains voltage settings. If this happens again, try flashing another BIOS.

Some more observations:
- The red power LED does not light up at all when the tablet is powered on (I think it used to briefly turn on earlier). Now, it pulses only when the USB Type-C charger is connected.
- The laptop charges all the way to 99% and stops, doesn’t say fully charged. Power icon in the tray shows “Plugged in, not charging”
Is there any way to do it without opening up the tablet? Like using a software tool that runs in Windows?
mine too, this is normal for some devices.
You can flash bios via AMI Firmware Update (AFUWINGUI) but I have never done it and will not be able to give any advice.
Hiii hemant bhai please whatsapp 9779274815 i need the same but for diffrent motherboard
What’s your model number? It’s printed on the back cover, ex. Hi10 Air Q64G19080635. And what is the problem you are facing?
Hii sir its not actually from chuwi but from rca and model is w101 please contact me via babbu.hs123@gmail.com, and whatsapp 9779274815
Not sure how I can help you. The firmware & recovery procedure will be different from CHUWI. Suggest you contact RCA support:
