I got the configuration file from the Support (It was hard), first run ConfigUpdate from folder 2, if it swears and gives an error, then first from folder 1, then from folder 2, then reboot. I hope I helped a lot

It’s not work in win 11. Pen not work too.

I installed win 10 and i can see it. Pen not work.
The official response from tech support:
Checked the corresponding software and hardware of your fuselage serial number, it does not support the stylus function,
I’m shocked that the tablet has no pen support
