Hello. Problem with Tablet model Chuwi Hi10 Plus z8350 Serial number of the tablet: LQ64G42161201027 cameras do not work on both Android and Windows, I could not find the reason. I would be grateful for your help.

If the cameras do not work in either system, the problem is not software but hardware. Most likely, the flex that communicates the cameras with the motherboard is either disconnected or damaged. You will have to open it and check it.

You sent me 3 bios and only one can work with my tablets camera module.
So, if someone try to flash the tablets bios, or coming badly flashed need to find the correct bios for that tablet. Multiple camera modules used.
@Nikenik i guess you wrote me mail… So you need to ask manonegra to give you the bioses give him your serial… And hope the best, you dont want to look inside your tablet. Dont open for the camera. You can break things if you dont have the right tools.
You need the correct bios and the correct driver. Flash bios then download the driver package you need to ask manonegra as well… then try to install driver from the device manager. If your driver not installed try another bios.

Is there anyone can install windows 11?
I tried to update from the windows insider dev channel, but no luck. I think according to error code, there was a driver issue because people in youtube can install w11 for even much more old netbooks from 2010, and this tablet have everything: “newer” atom soc, tpm2, secure boot, and 4/64 gb model.
Someone on youtube can install w11 with similar tablet from another brand, and says: it is fast. That would be cool if it can be installed because w11 will support apks newer than android 5-6 what this tablet have.
I dont really know how to clean install. Maybe install w10 without any driver expect wifi and update and add driver for w11 help? I think i will try later when apk support arrive.
I really want apk support because most windows exe not designed for touchscreen only input.
Hello sir,my device brick bios and black dead.But after flashing bios for chuwi hi10plus z8300 by Tool can write bios serial LQ64G42180105031 everything working well but camera not working on both android and window. I open tablet and clean up the socket connect camera and mainboard but nothing. The camera still not working.In android it say camera stopped. Please help me send me correct bios or any thing can fix that. Im very thankful for you

nope, i have z8350 version of hi10 plus, maybe @manonegra222 can give you the bioses…?
Of course i will test it because i have program tool can write bios if the bad thing become. Send me please 3 bios all work but camera not work ??? I will test and write result for you
