Hi10 Pro HQ64G42161203589

Hi there,

I am having issues with Android loading. Everything was functioning perfectly, but the computer now freezes on bootup.

It gets past the INTEL logo and then turns black.
I can press the power button and get the SHUTDOWN menu, but no launcher arrives.

I have looked for the original firmwares for my device through the forum, but have not found anything.

The BIOS and Windows are fine.
I did enter the developer options on Android and turned on OpenGL rendering and touch recognition/notification a while ago. So I am getting notifications of touch input. So I am suspecting that it is a corrupted settings file somewhere.

Any help would be appreciated, either to solve my problem or to get the original firmwares for future use.

Many thanks

Thank you very much Biosham.
Would this be a case of extracting the .RAR onto a usb disk formatted as fat32?

Cheers

You need to flash it via Intel® Platform Flash Tool.

Dear Biosham,

thank you again for this.

Do you know which setting I should use to keep my Windows partition intact?

I have read it somewhere but cannot find the forum post again.

Many thanks again

I wanted to say thank you very much for your help!
Took me a while to get around to it.

Thanks again!
