Hey so I have tried to follow the steps in point 8, however when I entered the ‘advanced reset screen’ and press 7 or F7, I’m not sure if I have deactivated the protection as there is no indication. I also went in and restarted with ‘Disable early-launch anti-malware protection’ as I thought this is what is meant to ‘disable Windows protection’.
When I went into the device manager I do not see any drivers that have yellow triangle (I have attached a photo).
Does this mean that all my drivers are up to date and I hence I cannot reinstall the drivers? By the way, I have also already flashed Android and Windows before trying to reinstall drivers.
hello i have hi10 pro (HQ64G42180300462). I clean my chuwi hard drive(all of).so i dont know i must download and setup which file. I want to use just android if it is possible? if not which version of windows?

PS: To flash bios will erase the product key, so we don’t offer the Hi 10 pro bios in the forum. Besides, to flash bios is risky, it will brick your tablet if your use a incorrect bios.

Hi, im attempting to connect my Chuwi Hi10 pro to my PC with windows 10 and i get error 43, i have tried with two different type-C cables and i get the same error. Can you help me? Thanks
You don’t say if you want to connect the tablet from Windows or from Android to your Windows 10 PC,
1.To connect it from Android you need to install the necessary drivers on the PC to recognize the storage of the tablet. You can only see the files hosted on the tablet as images, music and documents.
2. If it is from Windows it is not possible how you want to do it since it is the same as if you connect two computers via a USB cable. You will have to configure a network and connect the two computers to the network and give file sharing permissions.
