Hello,
A few weeks ago, I purchased a Hi10 X1 N100 tablet from your website: https://eu.chuwi.com/.
I recently encountered an issue with the multi-touch screen when connecting a USB/Ethernet adapter to one of the USB ports (A or C).
As soon as I press and hold the screen to simulate a right-click, multiple random “clicks” appear, causing applications to open unexpectedly and making the tablet unusable. The only solution is to power off the tablet.
I use the USB/Ethernet adapter to connect directly via an RJ45 cable to a headless server using Windows RDP.
What do you think about this issue?
Best regards,
Philippe
Problem solved!
The random clicks appeared only when I connected the tablet and the headless server with a direct RJ45 cable. However, if I inserted a 5V-powered Ethernet switch, the problem disappeared!
What do you think of this solution?
When I connected a mini Bluetooth keyboard/mouse, the problem reappeared once.
Perhaps less frequently…
Definitely a power issue?
I would need a video to send to tech of whats happening (including showing cables and how they are connected), because i really dont understand very well. I have connected to our Hi10x1 2 more screens and they work well even with the kyboard
