As several other users, I have accidentally installed onto my newly-bought Hi10 XR (serial Q128G20106743) and touchscreen became uncalibrated (cursor position doesn’t match pen/finger position).
I tried fixing it by installing http://www.mediafire.com/file/s293h143a6camg7/Phoenix-hid-update-G109D_20200324.zip/file but that didn’t help.
I also tried reinstalling Windows, that didn’t help either.
Is there any working HID update? I will possibly have to return device to the seller otherwise.
