Hi10X with number Q128G20013022

Hi there, bought this Hi10X at Wish and it worked fine from the start. After upgrading to windows 10 Pro by using a W10 Pro license the Touch Screen and Pen stopped working. Also, in de Notification area there’s no longer a setting for screen rotation.

I tried all the Goodix touchscreen downloads I could find on this forum put it keeps on telling : The folder you specified doesn’t contain a compatible software driver for your device : If the folder contains a driver, make sure it is designed to work with Windows for x64-based systems. And so my Hi10X is indeed a 64 bit windows 10 Pro.

I also tried it with a startup disabling the requirement for signed drivers but also after doing a restart like that the driver gives the same error.

Is it true that none of the Goodix Touch drivers support 64 bits or is there a way to install the driver bypassing this error.

Finally found the best solution right on this forum.

Look at this complete Driver location in OneDrive. Download the Drivers and these worked for me.

I have the same problem as yours, but now the share file in your link are deleted… can you please share the file to me again?

I recently also tried to upgrade to Win 10 Pro with a 10 Pro licence but failed whatever I tried. After I re-installed an official Win 10 Home I could easily upgrade just by entering the 10 Pro key and everything works well. The Chuwi 10 Home installed version might not be an authorized one (said an Microsoft expert).
