Hi9 Plus, Lighted Blank Screen, Needs Repair

I bought Chuwi Hi-9 Plus online (Lazada Philippines) and was delivered last 16 November 2019. After using it for barely 5 weeks, the screen went blank but lighted. It only totally went off when power was emptied. I charged it for almost 2 hours, with same observation when switched-ON, lighted blank screen.

How to restore the tablet to operation? So you repair center here in the Philippines? It has been very useful to me and i love the way it is.
