Hi,
I just purchased this tablet. I am unable to used for my child to play ROBLOX, to buy or play Minecraft. I try to login to PayPal account to purchase Minecraft but after I put my password I am sent back to the PayPal login page.
On ROBLOX after correctly inserting user and password I have a message “something went wrong. Tri again later” this is for a week and nothing.
I contacted Roblox support team and no resolution I try to believe is something related with the software or hardware or ?
It is aa problem of compatibility of this software or tablet?
What can I do?
Hi from Spain! I have bought the same CHUWI tablet and we have the same problem. From Roblox they confirm that there is a compatibility problem with the tablet. I have opened a dispute in AliExpress so that I can return the purchase of the tablet for this, at the moment CHUWI does not answer adequately or confirm that they are working on solving this compatibility problem.

I have checked today and Roblox is working now on this tablet. Maybe was a compatibility issue which was fixed now by Roblox or Chuwi.
No official answer to me until now from nobody I have just checked the app today and seems all ok
Daughter plays Roblox all day long with it. There is a catch, when you try to log in, go to the web site to create a user. Then go to game, use the loggin name, without the @xyz.abc
