Hipen h6 doesn't work

Hi, i have bought an UBook and the hipen h6 but the last one doesn’t work. I tried to install the last Phoenix hid update but is impossible.
What i have to do?

HiPen H6 is not compatible with UBook, you must use HiPen H3
