2.4 Hello there!

I want to express my extreme dissatisfaction with your decision to release a new version of the HiPen H7 stylus with only 1024 pressure levels and significant cursor lag. I am an artist, and I purchased your Chuwi Hi10 Max tablet specifically for its portability, allowing me to draw from anywhere in the world. To my knowledge, this tablet is only compatible with the H7 stylus.

The previous stylus was exceptional: 4096 pressure levels, nearly imperceptible cursor lag (so minimal it was practically nonexistent), and a soft, comfortable nib. Now, what have you done? You reduced pressure sensitivity to 1024 levels, introduced terrible cursor lag, replaced the nib with a sharp, scratchy one that feels like it’s damaging the screen, and made the nib unstable - it “jumps” inside the stylus during use. I have to press harder just to get the nib to stay in place and function. And this is original stylus, not a fake one. Why? WHY did you do this?

You’ve ruined the product as much as possible! As an artist, it’s now impossible to use this stylus after experiencing the previous model. What was wrong with the old version? Why did you feel the need to reduce pressure levels, knowing many users rely on your tablet for drawing in Windows-based software like Sai, Photoshop, Clip Studio Paint, etc.? You’ve effectively killed artists’ ability to work seriously. I’m now seriously considering switching to another brand, as this stylus has made the tablet unusable. It’s awful.

Bring back the old model! At the very least, restore the 4096 pressure levels and fix the cursor lag! You have no idea how critical these features are - not just for artists, but for all users. I am deeply disappointed in your product and hope you genuinely address this mistake. This decision has severely damaged your product’s reputation in the market. Potential artists will avoid your products with such styluses. Thank you for your attention.
