How can I WOL in RZBOX?

Dear Sirs,
My RZBOX doesn’t wake on lan by magic packet. In the BIOS, PME function is enabled, and I set up both the LAN board properties in RT driver setting in Windows 11. However, it doesn’t wake up both S5 and S3 state. Could you please tell me how to set up?
