I can't get in touch by email.

I purchased UBook pro using Indiegogo of crowdfunding, it broke down in March immediately after arrival and was in the process of requesting repair as shown in the following email I think that it is a coronavirus, but last month’s email I’m in a situation where I can’t get a reply to the transmission.

Is there anyone else in the same situation?

Which email address did you send to? I did send to this address (aftersale-service@chuwi.com) 2 months but was told that their HK service centre is closed due to Covid 19. Haven’t heard from them since. My UBook Pro can no longer powered up too.

I’ve been in contact with “crowdfunding@chuwi.com” about initial defects since March, but I haven’t received any replies since May.

I sent my query (regarding a noisy fan on a CoreBox X) via Amazon, who had handled the fulfilment. Chuwi responded via Amazon asking me to send a video of the issue to “Chuwi emial”, but without providing an e-mail address. I’ve responded via Amazon again and am awaiting their response.

I had also contacted the aftersale e-mail address, but they told me they were only responsible for repairs. They might usefully have provided me with the correct contact e-mail but didn’t.
