Hi,
I am in the same state as you “Boot on black screen” with my unowhy ultrabook after change a parameter in the bios (boot tab : fastboot perhaps or another one but i don’t remember exactly).
I used the ch341a with adaptor 1.8v to read the 25lb64cvig chip.
FI : I can’t read it with the pince, i am solder directly on chip the cable pin 1 2 4 5 6 8 only.

So i have the bin extract of my chip (don’t know what is the bios version used) with a bad parameter(s) to changed.

The bios file available here bios bin

Thanks for your help

Hello,

I have the same Notebook Chuwi Lapbook Pro 14" and the same black screen problem that occured suddenly.

The bios.bin file what chuwi provides is 8MB and the file size I’m able to flash is just 1MB

Can somebody please tell how you did it?

Thanks!

@manonegra222 do you know how to solve this¿

No, this is why I’m here and looking for a solution.
You should know it and have the needed file since you’re apparently and official Chuwi Spain Support Client ??

Volks!
Didn’t anybody get the working BIOS.bin file from joalruch ??
If yes, can you please share it with me too??
E-Mail:
chuwi.postage249@slmails.com
Thanks!

The computer is a little old, that is why i was asking him to see if he could help you as he is more expert of Old products. We are all trying to help. I will ask tech tomorrow also.

The BIOS chip is 25Q80CSIG
Does Chuwi Support provide a pre-programmed chip??
I can let the new chip replace at a computer service.

Tech was trying to find a sample of the computer but we currently dont have any right now, to try to flash it here and try to help you. I will keep it pending to see if we can solve this in future

The file I read from the chip through ch341a programmer cannot be the bios.bin , it’s probably EC.bin

I found a working backup of it but even when I flash back the working file, nothing changes!

I can send you both files if you can share your e-mail address via pm.

I hope, that the support can at least repair the corrupted file.

The problem is that we do not have a computer anymore to be able to repair and try :frowning:

An Expert just needs the .bin file to repair the hex data, but apparently there is no expert in your tech team…

I really don’t understand how this brand produces computers without having needed spare parts, backups and a service team who has knowledge !?

service@chuwi.com doesn’t even read or understand the emails and replies the emails with an irrelevant draft…

I’m highly disgusted about this rubbish brand!..
