i wish to make a a fresh install using the OS file downloaded from the support centre
i have downloaded the file, however i dont know how to use it to make a fresh install

To perform an installation of the original factory system you must turn on the device with a pendrive in which you have put the downloaded files once decompressed. You will not need the drivers since they are included. You must turn on the device and press F7 intermittently until the boot selection menu appears, select the pendrive and a process will begin that will end with the installation of Windows.
