Is chuwi.com.ru abandoned?

Hello,

I purchased a Chuwi HiBook Pro to try it out. I know that the device is very old, but it will do for trying out this kind of device, especially since I bought it quite cheaply on the secondary market. (I’m a non-working student, so I don’t have a lot of spare money)
But there is a nuance - the seller had neither a case for the device nor a keyboard, so I went to look for them on different sites.
The only place where they were in stock was chuwi.com.ru, but the price is quite high for a device so old that neither it nor its accessories are available in the global store.
I wrote to sale@chuwi.com.ru (because the contact form on the site gives a blank error) to see if there is any way to reduce the price with promo codes/coupons (the ones I found for the global store don’t work).
I wrote a couple days ago, still no response.
So I was wondering, “Isn’t this site abandoned since there are such old accessories in stock here?”.
Maybe I got a reply, but nothing came to my email, checked spam.

THis webpage is not our official page, is a reseller so even warranty would not be the same. So we recommend you maybe try by Aliexpress,
Maybe you can try to buy in our official webpage https://store.chuwi.com/ , i asked my colleague and we send to Russia. Do not buy an old product because if its discontinued would be hard to find replace pieces or even repair.

I would buy a new device, but they cost about $300, which is a lot for me, and I don’t want to mess with bank loans.
Quite cheap HiPads and Hi10 XPro are android devices, but I’m interested in Windows tablets so that I can install a regular desktop GNU/Linux distribution on them without much difficulties.
As for chuwi.com.ru - I’ve seen everywhere that it’s an official reseller in Russia, so I thought you might be able to contact them.
Once again, thanks for the reply, I will now somehow solve this issue myself. Maybe I’ll have to get a universal case with a bluetooth keyboard.
