As the topic states…is there a backlit keyboard available for the 11.6 inch Ubook Pro? I already have the standard keyboard for the 11.6 inch pro but would love a backlit keyboard for it?

This website says the 11.6 inch Ubook Pro comes with a full size backlit keyboard and pen for the price I paid on amazon for just the tablet and standard keyboard
Yes, normally the keyboard is backlight. Take a picture of your keyboard and Post it…
can someone from management answer this. This is the keyboard that came with My Ubook Pro N4100. It is not backlit. Like the one in the above link? where can I get the backlit keyboard for my 11.6 inch Ubook Pro

there is no identifying information on the keyboard or in Windows System Information…Only Hid Keyboard Device…nothing about serial or model number. This is clearly not the backlit keyboard in the attached link. Even the F keys are totally different. The keyboard seems to work but is not the keyboard Chuwi advertises with a backlit keyboard.

Hello friend, Ubook Pro has a backlit keyboard, but your device is a Ubook, and the keyboard of Ubook is not a backlit keyboard.
How do I return this product? I wanted the Ubook Pro not the Ubook.
How long did you use it?
Had it since 3 February. Really like the tablet. Just wanted the backlit keyboard for it.
until I asked about the backlit keyboard I had no idea this was the Ubook and not the Pro.
As for this, please contact the customer service of purchasing website!
