Items are missing after Service

Hello , today i received my chuwi hi10max that i sent for repair about a month ago in Leverkusen. It was stack and only the blue led charging light was working.
Even thought i send the laptop together with the keyboard, i only received back after the service the laptop without the keyboard. What is this for a service?
I cannot reach anyone on the telephone and the email is answering is extremely slow.

I already informed the Repair Center, they will send you a keyboard, we apologize
