Tablet finaly arrived - but with no keyboard

Hi there - purchased my chuwi probook in january and all good with the product.

However, it arrived without the keyboard which i purchased with the tablet. I was waiting off as i thought the delay was due to corona but it still has not arrived. The tablet was dispatched from the Spain office.

Where do i go to raise my concern?
