I’ve a problem about an order done from the store; I placed an order in the webstore for one HiPad Pro with keyboard & H7 stylus and another pen H6 (to replace one that I’ve lost for my other chuwi tablet) but, from spanish warehouse I not received the H6 pen. I wrote some emails to firstname.lastname@example.org but no reply!!
Can you tell me how is it possible to complete the order? Of course I paid for the H6 and this is in the order.
