Is it normal for a order not to ship after more than 2 days? The store isn't responding to my emails


Last week, I ordered on Thursday morning a tablet for school.
However, it’s already Monday evening and the device hasn’t shipped yet (the site says that processing an order is 1-2 days).
I’ve sent emails (, but I haven’t gotten any response.
Normally I wouldn’t care so much about a speedy delivery, it’s just that in a couple weeks I need to travel, so I’m a little stressed about this.

Any advice?
